PERSEVERANCE

Trying to motivate his players to persevere through a difficult season, a college basketball coach asks his players. "Did Michael Jordan ever quit?" The team responds, "No." Again he yells "What about the Wright Brothers?" "No". Responds the team again. "Did John McMorran ever quit?"  There was a long silence. Then the coach yells even louder. "Of course, you cannot possibly know him. He quit."
