Others will love you not necessarily because of who you are, but
because of how you make them feel.
Make others feel important and you will be important to them.
Appreciate the little things they do, do the little things they appreciate,
and you will be appreciated by them.
At times, listening does a better job than explaining, than justifying,
than defending. Remember, if you fight fire with fire you will end up with ashes.
